What happens if they event is postponed?

If an event needs to be postponed, you will be able to use your tickets on the rescheduled date. In most cases, it is not necessary to issue new tickets to rescheduled or postponed events. To be sure that you do not need new tickets, please contact your ticket broker that is listed on your receipt. Since it is impossible for the ticket broker to recover their expenses on the tickets, we are not able to provide customers with refunds for rescheduled or postponed events.
